1. Who we are & what we do
Trinex Solutions LLC is a U.S.-based IT company providing: (a) IT sales & procurement (hardware, software licenses, accessories); (b) IT solutions (managed support, cloud/Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity essentials, backup); and (c) IT consulting (audits, strategy, vendor selection, project planning). Service availability may vary by location; remote support is available nationwide, on-site by arrangement.
2. Age eligibility — 18+ only (important)
- Adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website’s contact form, request quotes, or purchase services. By submitting the form you represent that you are 18+ and are acting for legitimate business purposes.
- Automatic enforcement. The form requires Date of Birth and an 18+ confirmation checkbox. Submissions calculated as under 18 are blocked and not transmitted. Do not attempt to bypass age verification (e.g., false DOB) — such submissions are void and will be deleted if discovered.
- Children’s privacy compliance. In line with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, under-13 protections) and heightened state protections for minors (including states like California, Connecticut, and others that restrict sale/sharing or targeted advertising involving minors), we do not offer child-directed services and do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 via this site. If we learn that a minor submitted data (e.g., via email outside the form), we will delete it promptly upon verification. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian (18+) contact us on their behalf.
- Accounts: We do not offer user accounts to minors. Any engagement on behalf of a minor’s school/business must be entered into by an adult with legal authority.
3. Using the website
- You agree to provide accurate, current information (name, email, phone, business needs) and not to impersonate others or submit false DOB/consent.
- You agree not to misuse the site: no hacking, spam, scraping that impairs service, uploading malware, or attempting to circumvent security, spam filters (including the FormSubmit honeypot), or age gates.
- Content on this site (text, logos, design) is owned by Trinex or its licensors and protected by U.S. intellectual-property law. You may view/print for personal business evaluation only; no reproduction for commercial use without written permission.
4. Inquiries, quotes & orders
- Inquiry ≠ contract. Submitting the contact form (delivered via FormSubmit.co to our email) is a request for information only. No contract exists until we send a written quote/proposal and you accept it in writing (email acceptance is sufficient unless stated otherwise).
- Quotes: Valid for the period stated (default 15 days). Prices exclude tax/shipping unless stated. Hardware/software availability and manufacturer pricing may change; we will confirm before charging.
- Consulting/services: Scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees will be defined in the proposal or statement of work. Additional work outside scope requires written change approval and may incur extra fees.
- Your responsibilities: Provide timely access, information, and decisions; maintain your own backups unless backup service is expressly included; ensure you have rights to any software/data you ask us to handle.
5. Fees, payment & taxes
- Product sales: payment terms as quoted (typically due before ordering/delivery unless otherwise agreed).
- Services: may be fixed-fee, hourly, or retainer as quoted. Late payments may incur 1.5% per month (or maximum allowed by law) plus collection costs.
- You are responsible for applicable sales tax, shipping, and third-party license/subscription fees (e.g., Microsoft) unless explicitly included.
6. Third-party products & warranties
- Hardware/software we resell is subject to the manufacturer/publisher’s terms, warranties, and return policies. We pass through applicable warranties to the extent permitted but do not extend them beyond the manufacturer’s terms.
- We source from authorized distributors where possible but do not guarantee uninterrupted manufacturer support, and we are not liable for manufacturer defects, recalls, end-of-life, or license changes — we will reasonably assist with warranty claims during the warranty period.
- Third-party services (e.g., FormSubmit.co for form delivery, Microsoft, carriers) are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their outages but will use reasonable efforts to mitigate impact.
7. Acceptable use of services; security
- You will not use our services for unlawful activity, to infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, or violate third-party license terms.
- You are responsible for your credentials, MFA, and internal user management after handover. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise of systems we manage.
- We may suspend services for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirement, with reasonable notice where feasible.
8. Communications consent (email / phone / TCPA & CAN-SPAM)
- By providing your email/phone and submitting an inquiry, you consent to be contacted about that inquiry by email, call, or text at the details provided, consistent with the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
- We send only transactional/administrative messages related to your request (confirmations, follow-ups, quotes). We do not send bulk marketing without separate opt-in consent.
- You may opt out of further non-essential messages anytime: reply “STOP” to texts, or email “Unsubscribe” to trinex57@gmail.com. We will honor opt-outs promptly (≤10 business days for email). Messages necessary to complete an active request may still be sent.
- Message/data rates may apply. We do not share your number with telemarketers and do not use autodialed marketing calls.
9. Privacy & data protection
Our collection and use of personal information (including DOB for 18+ verification) is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes U.S. federal and state rights (access, deletion, correction, opt-out of sale/sharing, appeal, non-discrimination), retention, security, and how to submit a “Privacy Request” to trinex57@gmail.com. Please review it before submitting the form.
10. Disclaimers
- Consulting advice: Recommendations are based on information you provide and industry best practices; technology outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee cost savings, compatibility in all environments, or prevention of all incidents.
- Security: While we follow reasonable security practices, no system is 100% secure. Cybersecurity services reduce but do not eliminate risk. You remain responsible for internal policies, user behavior, and maintaining backups unless backup is expressly included in writing.
- Website and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, except as expressly stated in a signed proposal.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Trinex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/goodwill; (b) our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the site or services is limited to the amounts you paid to Trinex for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $500, whichever is greater. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply to the extent permitted. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., gross negligence/willful misconduct where non-waivable).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Trinex harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site/services, violation of these Terms, false age representations, or violation of law or third-party rights, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law & disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law rules) and applicable U.S. federal law, consistent with our primary contact area (+1 312). If you are contracting from another state, mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence apply where non-waivable.

- Unresolved disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to jurisdiction/venue there, unless applicable law requires otherwise. No jury waiver or class-action waiver is imposed beyond what the law permits; nothing here prevents you from filing a complaint with your state Attorney General.
14. Changes, severability & contact
- We may update these Terms (e.g., for new services or legal changes); material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
- If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force, and the provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary.
- Entire agreement for website use consists of these Terms plus the Privacy and Cookie Policies and any signed proposal/SOW for paid work. You may not assign without our consent; we may assign in connection with a business transfer with notice.
